These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyBPO website at mybpo.com.au and any informational content published here. Engagement of MyBPO services is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement ("MSA") signed between MyBPO Pty Ltd and the client. In the event of a conflict, the MSA prevails.
1. About MyBPO
MyBPO Pty Ltd is an Australian-registered company providing Employer of Record, recruitment, HR & payroll, and dedicated workspace services for businesses that engage staff in the Philippines. We operate from Brisbane, Australia with operational presence in Bacolod, Philippines.
2. Use of this website
You may browse our website for personal and business research purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaches Australian, Philippine or other applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our hosting, or related systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or replicate site content beyond standard search engine indexing
- Misrepresent your identity when submitting enquiries
