Sales Copywriter
Potential Responsibilities
- Write highly effective sales copy for clients’ marketing funnels and create copies that attempt to persuade the target market to purchase or use the client’s product or service.
- Interact with clients to learn about the product or service being sold and how each client wants it presented to the public.
- Meet with multimedia professionals to discuss which sound and visual elements to incorporate with the copy.
- Write in different styles and tones in order to reach a variety of audiences.
- Work with assorted computer software programs, word processing, entering data, conducting Internet research, and keeping in contact with clients and supervisors via e-mail are often part of the marketing copywriter’s duties.
Suggested Requirements
- College degree in Advertising, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- Experience in sales copywriting producing conversion-oriented copy and communication processes.
- Excellent in written and oral communication skills; ability to refine content for maximum clarity and concision; ability to improve sentence structures and grammar.
- Experience in content and SEO writing; paid ads; copywriting or similar role.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Pipedrive, Outlook, and Mailchimp.
- Competent in SEO, Writing, Copywriting, Creative Writing, Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, and Publishing.
