Where we process the personal information of Philippine-based staff, we also comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

- Communications: records of correspondence, voice notes, and meeting recordings where you have been notified

We collect information directly from you when you fill out our website forms, request a proposal, sign an agreement, apply for a role, or correspond with us. We may also collect information from third parties such as referees, recruitment platforms (with your consent), and government databases for compliance checks.
