1. Master Services Agreement (MSA)

This is a B2B contract between You (Australia) and MYBPO (Australia). It is governed by Australian law. It outlines the service fees, confidentiality, IP ownership, and termination terms. You do not sign an employment contract.

2. Employment Contract

This is a local contract between MYBPO (Philippines) and the Staff Member. It is governed by the Philippine Labor Code. It ensures full compliance with local 13th-month pay, social security (SSS), PhilHealth, and leave entitlements.
